We have tried to make your online purchases as easy as possible. Here is a few answers to common questions asked about ordering on our store:
What payment methods you do accept?
We accept payment from Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. For those without a credit card, we accept debit Mastercard and debit Visa as well as Paypal.
While we use Paypal for all payment processing, an account is not required with Paypal for credit card payment.
When will my order be processed?
Product serial numbers and registrations are generated after the order has been received and manually verified. Orders received weekdays after 1pm Pacific will normally be verified and processed the next business day (Monday-Friday), excluding holidays. Orders are verified and processed in the order received (Next Day and Second Day shipping taking priority). We experience a large volume of orders during peak periods, which may cause a slight delay in receiving, verifying or processing your order.
Can I download and unlock the program after I order?
Yes. The downloads are available from our main website in our DOWNLOADS area. The same installer used for our demos is the same for the purchased program. Most products, except for preorders, have a temporary registration code available that will provide full use of the program for 72 hours after purchase. This will give our staff time to process your order and send your permanent registration code. Simply change the registration to the permanent registration, when received.
What if I want a printed manual and CD-ROM?
We understand its nice to have something printed in your hands, which is why most of our products have an option to order software either as a download or packaged with a manual and CD-ROM. Simply choose the product subcategory of "Download + Manual & CD-ROM" instead of "Download Only". The prices reflect the additional $15.00 to cover the printing, materials and duplication expenses. During checkout, select the appropriate shipping method that suits your needs.
If I want a printed manual and CD-ROM, can I also download it?
Yes. You'll still receive the emails with your product registration as well as a followup email by the shipping company with your tracking number.
Can I preorder a program before it is ready to be released?
When we have our order system and other things in place, we will offer the ability to order a program ahead of the time it will be released. This helps us get all your order paperwork ready, so that when the program is ready for download and to ship, we can get it to you quickly. Every online orders is paid for at the time of the order, so if you prefer to pay for the product when it is ready, please wait until that time before purchasing.
Is there a difference between the installer on the CD-ROM and what is on the website?
The only difference between the installers on the CD-ROM and the website is the inclusion of some common Windows prerequisites needed to install the program. As these prerequisites are only needed once, we removed them from the download version to make the installer smaller. These prerequisites are readily available from Microsoft if needed.
If I choose the download only option, what happens if my computer crashes or I get a new computer later on?
We highly recommend making a copy of the downloaded installer to removable media, such as a CD-RW, spare hard drive or a USB Memory device for safe keeping. While we offer the installers on our website as long as the product hasn't reached end-of-life, we can't always guarantee that it will be available.
What if I don't have Internet on the computer the software will be installed on?
No worries. When installing a purchased product on a computer without Internet access, simply download the installer from ANY computer with Internet access and transfer the installer to removable media, such as a CD-RW, spare hard drive or a USB Memory device. Take the media to the destination computer and double-click on the installer.
Is the software available for customers outside the United States?
Yes, however to minimize expense, International customers should choose the download only versions of our products wherever possible. This normally eliminates customs fees, tarrifs and extremely high shipping costs.
Due to changing prices on International shipping, pricing for shipping a program outside of the USA is an estimated base shipping price. You will be charged to any differences when the final shipping and handling price is more than the value originally paid. You are responsible for any customs fees or tarrifs required by your country.
