CDE Software is required to collect sales tax for items delivered (physically or electronically) in Washington State. If your order is being delivered (physically or electronically) to a different state/province/country, then you are responsible for any sales or use taxes due based on your purchase.

CDE Software provides installers for its major products on our website that operate in demonstration mode.  This should give you more than ample opportunity to discover if the software meets your needs.

If the product(s) you ordered were not clipart products or autoscoring edition products and were shipped via electronic delivery, then those products are not eligible for refund.

If the product(s) you ordered were physically shipped and are not clipart products or autoscoring edition products, then those products are eligible for refund, providing it is within 30 days of placing the order and you have contacted our support team via phone at 206-937-8927 and received an approved return authorization # and instructions on how to return the program.  

If the product(s) you ordered were physically shipped and were clipart products, then those products are eligible for refund, providing it is within 30 days of placing the order, the shrinkwrap has not been removed from the CD-ROM cases and you have contacted our support team via phone at 206-937-8927 and received an approved return authorization # and instructions on how to return the program.

If the product(s) you ordered were an autoscoring edition product, then those products are not eligible for refund.

Shipping and handling is non-refundable, no exceptions.

Any damage to materials preventing resale as new condition will result in the refund amount being lowered to cover damages.

Yes.  Providing the product is downloadable (clipart CD-ROM's are not downloadable), you will always have the ability to download the installers to install the software right away. You may receive, depending on the product, a temporary registration code to unlock and use the software while our staff manually verifies and assigns your permanent registration code. Once assigned, the permanent registration will be emailed.

If you choose to have the manual and CD-ROM added to the product, those items will then be fulfilled and shipped.
